Chihuly Plates
Kindergarten through 6th graders
This is one of my favorite projects. After learning about one of America's celebrated glass artists Dale Chihuly, we will be using sharpies to add color to plastic plates, bowls and cups and then with help of steady hands, we will use a heat gun and see what happens!
We will be using heat guns with gloves and CLOSE SUPERVISION! Kid's will really need to LISTEN hard for this project so we don't have any issues!!
Dates:
Tuesday, August 8th 9:30-11:30am at the Alpine Civic Center
Tuesday, August 8th 1:30-3:30pm at the Etna Community Center
Wednesday, August 9th 1:30-3:30pm at the Thayne Community Center
